Don't really understand the purpose or reason behind this bet, obviously they want to increase the handle.
I would be happy if they just started on time and there was less time between races, I really don't care to play multiple tracks especially one out of the country not friendly to US gamblers.

Thats right Coach and that was for a 20 cent payout and the pool was $57,489.
