I was talking to a friend of my wife's, who works at Facebook. She was going on about how many hours the interview process was at FB. I asked her would political affiliation play any role in the hiring process. "No doubt about it. It's all about diversity and inclusion. If you aren't 100% supporting the gay/lesbian/trans community, you won't get hired."
I'm not shocked at this, but one would think they would at least make an attempt to deny it.

There are no Christians at FB? I find that hard to believe, but I do not know. I would have assumed the majority of FB employees were Christian? Do they mainly employ atheists? Muslims? Jewish?

If Facebook doesn't hire on merit, they will slowly lose to a company that does.
It may take a long time, but the sooner the better.

From the sounds of it no truthful Evangelical Christian would pass the political-political correctness screening. I certainly wouldn't. Heck...I don't think I'll ever have to worry about actually serving on a jury, for that matter. Been turned down twice already because of my convictions.

I think your point is well taken.
There is a difference between a Christian that will quietly believe what he believes while delusional leftists are wreaking havoc and confusion and one that is willing to argue the other side of the issue. The former will be tolerated to make it look good, but the latter will not. That's how totalitarianism works.

I left FB in 2008 after a big run in with one of their execs over FB condoning certain things that to me were most certainly ******** in nature.
I don't miss it one bit, would NEVER return under any situation. NEVER
