WhoBet's picks at his Trks2day website has been dark for quite a while, with no indication that it'll ever come back.
I think he's had problems ever since the DRF change.
If you and your friends want to save some time handicapping I'd recommend NorCalGreg's Best-Five software.
It uses the $1 Bris files and the "consensus report" gives 3 horses per race.
If you guys are 'capping the 'cappers, (which is what WhoBet's picks did) you could use that as a basis, then pull some selections from here, compare them with the software selections, figure out the factors you like and have some fun! Best-Five is under $50 and runs on Windows.
