Haven't posted a ISW report in a few months but there is very little to go off of.

Ukraine is still going dark around Kherson and the Russian State's clampdown on milbloggers has slowed their information from that side to a crawl...

It does appear Russia is laying the groundwork in both the intelligence and media space for a withdrawal across the Dneiper and the forfeit of Kherson City.
