Pope to Belmont
Pat Pope, not the real Pope.
https://www.paulickreport.com/news/p...ies-to-resume/
What’s up with this? Who got fired?
And what makes them think he’s qualified for the job? It takes special skills and training to stage $90,000 turf allowance races and keep the field down to a manageable size of five horses or less (BEL R3 today, R4 yesterday). I see nothing in Mr. Pope’s resume that indicates he’s up to the job. Maybe nepotism involved?

I thought Gulfstream would counter by hiring the Ayatollah.

I thought you meant Dan Pope, the handicapping "genius" who was selling all those wonderfully profitable systems-by-mail a couple decades ago.

Check out the Fri-Sat-Sun selections!
Is this a sign that the Met Mile belongs on Memorial day?

Hey don't make fun of my man Dan😁 There is one angle of his I use regularly that is profitable. He's just like any other system seller, every once in awhile you find a diamond In the roigh

He can't be any worse than the one he's replacing. My parrot could do a better job than most of them.
