Oops, that title was a typographical error. I meant to say Diane Feinstein has topped her previous efforts, and has gone mad-dog, bat-shite crazy.
Her latest bill would ban the sale of over 200 specific weapons, any detachable magazine holding more than 10 rounds, and “assault weapons”, defined as semi-automatics with a detachable magazine that included one of a list of cosmetic features that are deemed “military characteristics” such as a threaded barrel, pistol grip or folding stock. Evil guns owned before the law took effect would be grandfathered, and would be required to be kept locked up when not in use.
