THERE ARE THREE EXACTA BETS, EACH NORMALIZED TO $1 EACH
THE KEY HORSE IS MY TOP RANKED, GENERALLY THE POST TIME FAVORITE.
THE 4/3 EXACTA RETURNED $7.50 ON THE DOLLAR, THE $1 WIN BET RETURNED $2.70
THE WINNING EXACTA APPEARS IN THE SECOND MATRIX.
THE 4/3 BET SIZE WAS $9 (ACTUALLY $9.44)
