That's a good idea. Low overhead.

How does she get the food to people?

Just thinking out loud here

How about an ice cream truck now that warmer weather is approaching?

I suppose you could supplement it with meats and pizza for the adults out there with kids.

Just something to think about. I remember as a kid, when visiting my grandparents in Brooklyn, NY and those ice cream truck bells ringing. A dime went a long way then.

Continuous refrigeration and route schedules are things you guys can figure out. I don't see it working in rural America.

Cash on the barrel.

Her business is strictly local and many customers drive to her place where they are met in the driveway.

Very true. We once went to her house for dinner a few years back and she's a very good cook. I agree with you she is taking a risk.

this guy learned the hard way on stealing 29 test kits, but in quote "essentially useless" to the suspect because they can only be tested in a "private lab equipped with the proper tools for testing and reading results."

but selling hand sanitizer isn't a bad idea, but not good if your a bum and try and profit off a crisis like this (local convenience store selling a sanitizer for $12 usually $5).
