In the 8th Three Eighty Eight looks interesting....poor start first dirt and worked her way thru the field pretty easily,so the thinking is she could be quite a bit better than that.As for the stretch out it, would be more or less a guess on my part, but at anywhere near the ML id be willing to take that chance as i think she will handle it just fine.

Race 9: Going to select a horse that had an "interesting ride" according to many in his last, Giant Ride. Graduate today or end up at FL in the spring.

Race 3: Bavaro, wire to wire.

Race 5: Fleet Irish, needed for a ton in last, not in love with pace scenario. 1 more shot despite NO pace in race.

Can wire easily. However, I just couldn't get myself to bet a horse who will be the fav and has some chinks in the armor. Yes, had trouble at gate in last BUT was outbroken 1 length plus before HIS bobble. 2 back, the 2nd finisher ran like COMPLETE garbage in his next start.

I am a fan of the Caretaker but the Caretaker just couldn't properly run the 4th quarter in his 1st route start. Could improve as the Caretaker was green, even in victory in his 2nd start.

I had a ton on Fleet Irish in his last. Had a perfect trip (despite a gold rail bias) until the lane when he angled really wide.

I found the race pretty impossible to love someone. Mollica I like, but feel the same way that you do about playing him. In fact, almost every horse I wind up with a pro/con list that doesn't seem to favor any one runner. Probably the one thing that ears my prick in the race is Chad Brown going back to dirt in the second for the barn. Mixed messages, but I like it when a barn runs them once, doesn't run great, then they back off and train a little and run back presumably when they figure they've got a better line on the horse. Only really like him because he might be just about the best price on a horse with a realistic chance.


...and Serling just came with my Madame Barbarian in the second... welp....
