Yes, this game is back in the news. Indirectly. Yesterday, the NFL voted on a new rule as to what constitutes a catch. It's not clearer to me, but several examples were cited, including the Jesse James catch last season against the Patriots, which would've been a game changing result. Now it would be a catch.
The problem is the head of officiating stated the new ruling was in effect for the Super Bowl, over 6 weeks before it was voted on. After reviews of Corey Clement's TD catch in the Super Bowl, Chris Collingsworth said "he had no idea what a catch is now" but with the new rule in place, it became a no doubter. Also the Zach Ertz TD has to be brought into question.
