Horses by Trainer?

Is there a internet resource that list all the horses that certain trainers currently have in their barn?

Not sure of where to find a list like that because it is constantly changing. However, if you are looking for a certain horse, you can research who the trainer was at the time of it's last race or published work. That information can be found on equibase.com

That doesn't look like a complete list, but instead just of the runners.

Racing should absolutely keep lists of all horses a trainer has in training at all times.
