American Pharoah Owner's law suit
http://www.nytimes.com/2015/05/21/sp...=top-news&_r=0
Seems this guy has a lot of baggage that he is carrying. A lot of shady connections listed in this article.

If he started paying off the debt and then stopped, and that is what I read from it, then he has admitted that he owes the money. The only thing to decide is how much is owed. That' s the way I see it.

Did you read the article? The sportsbook isn't suing him, an individual is. Sounds like the individual was on the hook to the book as the middleman.

The lawsuit was filed over a year ago. I think a lot of people believe this guy is just in for a quick score. Reality is he filed this along time ago, it's just that the media never cared until now.

I'd find the bettor who gets screwed by an offshore book to be equally amusing.
