It was a poor choice of words, but very different from what Trump is saying. Gonzalez is saying Flores won by spending a lot of money on a race Democrats were overconfident on. Similar to, “That jockey stole the race by slowing the pace early.
Trump on the other hand is falsely accusing Democrats of illegal behavior.

Besides the illegal voting law changes throughout the country, there are still no plausible explanations from the left for all the fantastic anomalies in the 2020 presidential election.
