Not now, because of Flake. He opened the door to the obstructionists after stating earlier today he would vote, on the floor, affirmatively on Kavanaugh's confirmation.
We all know after Flake's defection there are not enough votes to confirm.
Are you saying even with Flake's vote Kavanaugh didn't have enough votes? If not what are you saying?

That is EXACTLY what I'm saying.
I think Mitch McConnell has been working phones for votes and the response from a few has been, "Don't make me do this..."

I just recognized it back then and suggested the GOP cut bait with Kavanaugh... my entire effing post history in this thread is after the allegations broke. That he is a dead nominee and should be dumped.
