Anyone know if trainer Jeffrey Englehart is serving a suspension at the moment? I saw articles about him getting 10 days that he was supposed to take at the end of June, but looks like he didn't serve them then after all. Hasn't had an entry since Aug 2. The reason I ask is on Sunday at Saratoga there's a horse entered where he is co-owner, but not trainer as of this entry. It would seem bizarre to me if you're suspended from training but could still enter as an owner.

I don't think training suspensions apply to ownership.
