Percentage Takeout for Win Place Show Pools

Does anybody know what the takeout percentage is in these pools? Im guessing it varys by track.

When I googled this question it looks like around 17 percent for each pool.

CA is 15.43% for WPS unless it's a Fair Meet. Fair meets are higher takeout

You can at least see the relative difference between tracks and circuits.
