Our church has three guys in the sanctuary that are designated to carry. We don't know who they are and I like it that way.
Our church held a licensed / authorized c&c class this summer. Twenty percent of our members took the class (I didn't). The shootings at churches definitely caught our Pastors attention. Once in awhile we have some odd looking ducks coming into service, it's nice to have that protection to be honest.

Why when it is a white guy shooting up a black church headlines read "White man shoots up black church.", now the colors are reversed and the headlines aren't mentioning it was a black on white crime?

It fans the flames of racial unrest. The worst ones are the "UNARMED" black man killed by police. Some of the stories completely omit what the guy was doing when he ran afoul of police. If you don't read much past the headlines you would think completely innocent black people are killed by whites daily by the dozens, while the reverse never happens.

Black on white crimes/killings happen daily that go unnoticed and ignored by the media. Many of these if the roles were reversed would be immediately brought center stage.

Who moved here when he was five years old. The fact that he was born in Sudan has less than nothing to do with this case.

You left-wingers are good at forgetting the past of certain individuals...like Robert Byrd for instance...or this guy from Sudan...others (like Trump's) is open for constant reevaluation and dissection....

Every story I have seen on this crime has mentioned that the shooter was a black man and most have included his picture, so I don't think there has been a whitewash-I mean coverup-here.
As for this being a black on white crime, do we know that all the victims were white? We do know that the church had black members. The shooter himself had been a member at one time and one of the stories had a picture of a young black boy who had been barricaded in the Sunday School room during the incident.

He's not a guy from Sudan. He's a guy from the United States. Most likely a guy with mental problems.
Robert Byrd was a member of the Ku Klux Klan in his twenties. In all the other Decades of his life-seven or eight of them-he was not.
Donald Trump has been an A$$h*^% since the day he was born and will continue to be one until the day he dies.
