jockey angle

2nd time jockey rides horse in other words back to back, or jockey has ridden horse in the past and jumps back on.

Clear favorite angle

Favorite is under 2-1, and 2nd choice is 5-2 or higher.
Bet the favorite to place.

Need to bet as late as possible.

The vast majority of horseplayers would do well to worry less about handicapping and concentrate more on their money management. You can get away with being an average handicapper if your money management is impeccable. But terrible money management (and that's most players) will grind up even the greatest handicapper.

....I seek the best owners / trainers / in most races ....and horses who have been primed for a really good chance of winning any particular race or prep race....there are some other factors as well....but this works well...and hot jocks / trainers or same who have not done well recently...lol...the top listings of same yearly / weekly and those who are nominated to a variety of races..,,

That is true, but not the subject of this thread.

Here was a solid angle

Joel Rosario, jockey of Everfast (2nd)

“We almost had it. He ran great. We have a great shot at the Belmont (Stakes [G1]).”

Then he rides another horse. Didn't matter what the PP were I played him.

I lowered my plays to 7/2 min. odds. He also told me that it sometimes works better at the beginning of a new meet. If you do a search on PaceAdv. there must be a half-dozen "angles" threads. My problem with angles is if you have enough of them, you wind up playing over half the field in a lot of races.
Another of these beauties just came in at Parx 5th- He's Incredible at 11-1..
