If you weren't a complete moron, you'd dig into the data and realize the "poverty rate" is determined by a median basic income factor.


That factor being a median income regardless of where somebody lives.



Anybody that believes a person making $25K in Mississippi is in poverty relative to somebody making $25K in California needs a class in stupid.
