Agreed.
My stance on the 2nd Amendment is pretty well documented around these parts but that move by Georgia lawmakers is bullshit...

What's "Conservative" about this move? Thought they hated government interference with business. Reeks of doing NRA lobbyist's bidding to me, and, yes, it's petty.

I have to think Delta being based in Georgia does a lot for their economy...lots of people in that state are employed by Delta...and this is how they are treated...for THIS?
I can't believe these legislators are being such douchebags to a company that has provided Georgia with a LOT...

The more salient point is why are airlines getting these tax breaks to begin with.Politicians are the last people who should be picking winners and losers in the business world.Set a reasonable business rate that everybody pays.Once you start passing out freebies, people get mighty PO'ed when the day comes that they have to open their wallets and start shelling out.

The NRA shouldn't be the catalyst for such a huge decision that effects any company the size of Delta. I own guns and am grateful having the freedom to enjoy them, but this is ridiculous.

I find it interesting for more than the NRA thing.......
Airlines are one of the most hated businesses in America. I personally hate them all with a passion.
I think it’s easy to beat up on them.......and I really don’t mind.
I rarely fly though
