Im new to horseracing
I might have a lot of questions about handicapping, would like to just ask them here. I'm a little hesitant to guess what I'll learn here, seems as if there are a lot of people here that have been handicapping for years, and still don't know how to pick horses. I saw the Belmont picks and people were so clueless, were you guys just trolling hoping gullible people took your advice so you win 3 more pennies.

Robert...it seems that you've come here to TEACH, instead of "learn".

For one, the Belmont was only one race out of 13 at Belmont Park. I picked the #9 in the Belmont because I thought Smith was going right to the lead, which he did not do. After the first turn I knew he wasn't going to win. If your horse isn't ridden how you thought it was going to be rode, there is nothing you can do about it. If he didn't get out front he wasn't going to win, and Smith never tried to get the lead by himself. That is part of racing and is why you don't play every race.

I laughed a lot. Thanks for that. I needed it after the beating Baffert gave me today.

Wanted to ask questions, but realized they're too basic. I'll go to the library and get some books first. Im a book learner. Some of the responses already I don't understand.
It scares me using program knowing there will be times there is key info not there. Plus the second I buy one, just $9 more dollars Im behind. I mostly bet $100 or less a night. Being at a track is actually harmful to my play. I need to stay focused on only one track and hear. They only have screens with no volume.
I dont like throwing money away but Ill do it sometimes.

You a big James Spader fan there, RobCal??
Robert California, also known as Bob Kazamakis, is a fictional character on the U.S. comedy television series, The Office. California is portrayed by James Spader.

I dont understand your lingo. Are you British or do you just like The Great Gatsby? Calling people sport isn't too common.

I think it's great that a person like you, in their 20's, has such a great, mature sense of humor.....Say hello to Bill Shatner for me, the next time you two have pizza in the Village...
