If Trump were not so hated by the MSM and the Left in general, her type of comedic rhetoric would never have been allowed, especially when she hit Sanders et al on a personal level.
Key phrase: "...hit on a personal level." I don't see that as even being allowed or condoned here...a 'private' opinion forum.

Pretty sure she has gotten some negative reviews for her bit, even from rags like the Hollywood Reporter...so all is not lost

I guess the joke is on the press when the POTUS has his own idea of a fun night.
If they acted like reasonable adults, fine, but the left has a habit of acting way to gross and vulgar ALL the time. I would avoid those scumbags if I were POTUS.
Although....if I were POTUS, none of them would be walking around!

Then you editorialized with "stupid"
There is no stupid, and if I must explain the joke, it's kinda a waste. Brag has no boundaries for your hero.

Yes, he certainly does.
I believe that would be kicking back in the recliner
with a big bucket of KFC watching Apprentice reruns.

I have a lady neighbor , a Trump supporter, who actually said to me , "it should be against the law to speak out against the President" and "if they don't like him, they should keep their mouths shut." I try to avoid her as much as I can.
There is a big difference in the jokes about this President compared to other Presidents that did attend the press dinner. I would hope that if he did show up, they would temper their remarks. Though in these days, I don't know.

The liberals step in their own shit from time to time...case in point...this jokester couldn't fat-shame Sarah Sanders, but I bet she wanted to so badly...but she knew that was off the list in liberal land...

Yeah....I could probably handle most of that - leave out "The Apprentice" though.

If you can't take it, don't dish it out in the first place.

Your pic: not even close to the "napalm" that Wolf dropped on Sarah Sanders and especially Mike Pence:
The personal-looks dig!
"I think she's very resourceful, like she burns facts and then she uses that ash to create a perfect smokey eye. Maybe she's born with it, maybe it's lies."
The racist touch!
Referring to her [or was it Laura Ingrahams?-doesn't matter] as an "Uncle Tom, but for white women who disappoint other white women."
And, shockingly joking about abortion. Who jokes about ABORTION??????????
"He [Pence] thinks abortion is murder which, first of all, don't knock it 'til you try it — and when you do try it, really knock it. You know, you've got to get that baby out of there."
This "2018 woman" should shut up; should be shunned.
Whatever...
Oh, and BTW, "two wrongs don't make a right."

Abandoned? I still think this dinner is why Trump is President. Couple years ago when he attended and Obama ripped on him. You could see him stewing in his seat. Plotting his revenge. Well guess what? President Trump extracted his revenge. Slow and cold. The night of the election he still wasn't taken seriously. Moderators cried. CNN and MSNBC were aghast. All thanks to the dinner you think should be abandoned.

Afraid he will FIRE you?
btw, comparing Trumps admittedly vulgar comments, he did NOT make them on stage on TV and in front of a WH representative who was an INVITED guest on the stage.
See, both were uncalled for, but one rose far above the other in term of total classlessness.
