I don't know why, but I actually like seeing him win just because his name isn't Pletcher.

The man is a factor in 'every race' he has a horse entered. I enjoy, as a handicapping edge to play against the over bet hot trainers very selectively to gain a huge edge in price. Tough tactic playing against this monster ha ha
I will press on with my bullet holes in my amour!!!!

Somewhat unrelated but how in the world did Pletcher (with Jonny V up for Coolmore/Stonestreet) win a two year old race at 6-1 today? Seems likes he's won half of the two year old races he's entered if not more and hit the board in just about all of them.

So what do contribute Brown's incredible win rate to?

Extremely sharp, expeditious, and businesslike. You'd better come correct when you incur on his time.

Much, much friendlier guy than some might imagine. Relaxed, without airs or presumption.

As of a year or so ago, most I'd credit to made turf runners being sent to him. They accounted for a large majority of his top success. That may've changed since but he's still not broken through with dirt runners the way he has turf. The best horse he has right now is Flintshire, and that's another made turfer who was sent to him.

Serious question, how many conversations do you think he's actually had with Pletcher or Chad Brown?

I've got the over/under at 2.

Just saying.
