Theranos CEO Elizabeth Holmes fraud trial
an interesting fraud trial going on - although it has taken YEARS
here she is 6 years ago on Mad Money
she seems to lie alot - started crying during trial

I saw a TV show about that case. The whole thing was amazing. She duped a lot of very smart people and others were clearly not doing careful due diligence.

I saw the same thing, she had a lot of big names on her board of directors. I think one of their grandsons worked there and started saying things weren't right.

Some attorneys have zero morals when cooking up a defense. Has an attorney ever been sued for slander over what a defendant said and lost? Of course in any case a client would have to turn on their attorney and say they were told to lie.
