Harvey Blue has filled in for Kevin Patterson in the past when Kevin has gotten days.

Do the research to see his success rate and report back.

In my opinion there are no honest 40+% trainers anywhere.

And Harvey Blue handled his runners last year and never missed a beat.

There appears to be no publicly available answer. Anyone who's found it - please post and I'll stand corrected. I just want to know the answer.

WV Racing Commission has posted rulings online, but they haven't put up anything for 2017 yet. Thanks guys! Nothing in the horse racing press. Nothing at Thoroughbred Rulings, which itself missed a June 2016 clenbuterol violation by Patterson (which I found on the WV site) explaining his absence for half of last July, as it turned out.

It's ridiculous in this day and age of instantly available information that we have to guess about this. Any wonder why bettors, owners and honest trainers are leaving the game? Would love to know what Patterson actually DID. I view a drug violation as more serious than something like "used abusive language towards a steward" or "had wrong silks available for his mount", etc.
