I'm sure there is some article out there that explains it. If you come across it, kindly paste the link...I'd like to read it.

Judge Wood simply stated it wasn't privileged information, according to what I've read. I think your question is a fair one, and I'll be interested to see the answer. Remember, Judge Wood has presumably read the search warrant and the basis for it. Therefore, the basis for her reasoning may be related to those documents.

If they don't know how he used him, how do they know he did?
Sounds funny - like most Federal Judges - on the take.

To answer Pace's question, why did the judge disclose Client #3? Apparently, the media requested the information.
"Robert Balin, an attorney representing the press’ interests in the case, argued that there is “intense public interest” in the identities of Cohen’s clients, according to Bloomberg."
Whether you agree with the judge's decision or not, that appears to be the reason.

Because Cohen's attorney gave the information in open court.
Most federal judges are on the take? I didn't realize that. I've always wondered how so many senators went to DC with modest wealth and walked away with great wealth, but I've never seen that with federal judges. Is it the case? I'd be very interested in that.
I know you weren't implying anything about Judge Wood, but I'd just note her husband's net worth was estimated at $175 million in 2005 (I'd assume, but don't know, it's higher now) - he works in finance.

According to Hannity, he has only briefly talked to Cohen a couple times about real estate and has never gotten an invoice or bill, nor has he paid him anything.
I wonder if it was another illegal campaign donation by a donor in Hannity's next run for public office?

Could it really be her actions are related because Kimba Wood was once going to be appointed Attorney General by the impeached Bill Clinton? Probably and most likely.
But if one ignores that one, could it also be that Kimba Wood was the Justice of the Peace who performed the marriage ceremony of Trump hater George Soros' wedding? Again, no big deal according to the Trump haters ...

Interesting. I'm sure someone will remind us that "Justice Is Blind" in a deep, serious voice.
This is all very serious stuff you know.

Hannity’s loan originated under Obama
He went back and got more credit. It happens all the time.
Hannity has done nothing illegal. In fact, good for him. Using his money wisely
