A wagering question

So if a nice older fella wanted to start wagering again but lived in an archaic state that frowned upon such things, could he use the address of a close relative in, say, FL to register and bet at a local track? Wouldn't want relative or fella to get in trouble but trying to avoid the offshore route.

You would probably need to get a drivers license with that mailing address. IF you could/want to do that I don't see any problems.

Or you could have that close relative open an account under their name, you would have to work out any W2/tax issues. If the ADW uses geolocation you would need to deal with that with a VPN.
