Not sure what the final determination was but it has to count when other the half of entries win. Entry winners prices are lowered by that other half of the entry. The handicapper is "punished" because of that coupling, through no choice of their own. The accidental winner that occurs when the other half of the entry wins is the price correction.

Your are right..If I pick the 1 and the 1A wins..It's a win as long as they both ran. It counts at the track so it counts in this contest. Now if I pick the 1 and the 1 is scratched and the 1A wins. Then it does not count. In race 6 today I like them both. That's why I posted the 1A then the 1 as my second pick..

Nice hit in race 4 LittleGuy..The 2b runs out. The lightly raced point given runner who can't keep a straight line down the stretch gives the race away to the other half of your entry pick...Rules are rules and it counts as a win..

Come on, no sour grapes. You had one of these as well already that paid about twice as much as the one today.

I know, I know..No hard feelings at all..But he did have a little more help in this one..My 7 was much the best. Eddies Point wanted to take a left turn down the stretch.. I'm lucky the 2 only paid $11.80..From the looks of the pps.
That entry should of been much higher in odds..
