AL Amazon overwhelmingly rejects union bid

Quote:
Of the 3,215 ballots cast, there were 1,798 votes opposing the union and 738 in favor.

Of course, the union will dispute the election.
Funny how that double standard works.

Union Thuggery - 0

Remember, Amazon wanted to make sure they DID NOT vote like they were allowed to vote in the Presidential Election of 2020 (by mail)...

They wanted to make sure it wasn't rigged...

https://www.cnn.com/2021/01/22/tech/...ion/index.html

Quote:
In a statement to CNN Business, Amazon spokesperson Heather Knox said the company believes "the best approach to a valid, fair and successful election is one that is conducted manually, in-person, making it easy for associates to verify and cast their vote in close proximity to their workplace."
This coming from the company owned by the man who also owns the Washington Post...remember all those articles in WaPo that sided with Trump, who also opposed mail-in ballots for the same reason as AMAZON?!?!?!?!?

YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS SHIT UP IF YOU TRIED

Shows how the CUCKERS hate to be CUCKED.

Bezos stated he had no problem with the tax raise and everyone should do there part. Different story when it came to paying his employee's more in wage and benefit's. I worked in the Mason's Union for many years. When i stopped working for Union shops, I made way more money and bettor benefit's.

It is easy to say tax all my income when you already have billions. He does not need to make any more and still live very comfortably.

More money in your pocket would be "bettor benefits" for most people on this forum.

Easiest way to spot a person who doesn't work hard enough for their money? Look for the richest guy in the room who supports higher taxes.

Of course, he backs a corporate tax increase. He factors such increases as a cost of doing business and he'll pass it on to the consumer.

Of course all of these big corporations don't oppose higher taxes. Corporations don't really pay the tax. The corporations are only the bag man for the IRS. The people who purchase their products pay it. The also don't care about tax increases because it will hurt the smaller businesses much more than the big corporations.

Is that why so many of them base overseas? To avoid the taxes they don't care about?

Partially true. What happens when the corporations sell internationally? Can they simply pass on the taxes to the customer when their competitors cost of production doesn't include massive corporate taxes?
