Sure looks like it. Give him a year fighting Pelosi and a Dem House and he will declare victory and announce retirement in 2020.

It’s well known and documented that it was about to be declared unconstitutional until Roberts came to his 11th hour deduction that it was a tax.

Remove the tax.......back up for discussion.....

One slight problem.

That Supreme Court challenge wasn't against the law as a whole but specifically about the mandate and whether or not it was Constitutional.

It was according to the SC.

Now you expect to have Congress lawfully remove the mandate while leaving the rest of it in place.

Then find it Un-Consitutional because it DOESN'T have the mandate?

Good luck with that...

Like I said... ZERO chance.

Like everything that comes out of the 9th Circuit.

Actually this is terrible news for Trump. He tweets:
Quote:
As I predicted all along, Obamacare has been struck down as an UNCONSTITUTIONAL disaster! Now Congress must pass a STRONG law that provides GREAT healthcare and protects pre-existing conditions. Mitch and Nancy, get it done!
Congress is not going to do anything before 2020 election and hang this on his neck.

This is going to create so much anxiety for people with pre-existing conditions and those that lose their ACA coverage that it's inconceivable not to affect 2020 elections in a dramatic way. I saw first hand how many thousands angry Nevadans were motivated to vote-out Sen. Dean Heller after he reneged on his promise not to vote along with Republicans on dismantling of ACA.

This has the potential to dwarf everything!

If Bernie runs on MEDICARE for all platform, he is a shoo-in to become the first Socialist President of USA.

Forget the fake Russian collusion---the ruling that renders ACA unconstitutional is a gift to the Democratic Party; but a DISASTER to anyone who'll end up without any insurance.

I voted for Trump, but, his administration's hands-off approach to this lawsuit is enough for me to vote him out.

You really think Bernie running on a platform of $32 to $39 Trillion healthcare program over the next 10 years would be unbeatable?

You do realize that would be at least 3/4ths of our entire budget in any given year, right? And we haven't even added in Social Security yet, much less the entire rest of our "normal" budget.

Are Bernie/Ocasio-Cortez gonna run on a platform of planting money trees in the front and back yard of the White House to pay for all their "free" stuff?

Too late to worry about that!

It's not very hard to guess what the headlines will be tomorrow: no WALL, chaos in the healthcare industry and DOJ going after Trump's shadow.

I am giving up on this guy.

You might be a bit over the top but no wall and healthcare election 2.0 (you saw how the midterms went) doesn't bode well for Trump.

You get points for a better critical analysis than 96% of this board.

How is the wall coming along?

Think I stone cold nailed the Democrats +40 in the House too.*

We can scoreboard what's happened so far in my absence if you'd like.

*: It could hit 41 after the real election fraud thing wraps up in NC9. Shocking nobody here has mentioned it.

When you win anything other than a message board in-fight with yourself, will you let us all know?

So he will have 60 in Senate and 180 in house and 6 in SCOTUS ?

what percentage of voters have 'pre-existing conditions'?

part of the reason Trump won was eliminating obamacare. Now all of a sudden we're supposed to believe he will loose because he did just that
