HPI BET isn't carrying Ellis? Anybody know whats up?

HPI is a weird site sometimes, the track you look for sometimes isn't on the website.

Im pretty sure Ellis has come on there before, not sure why it wasn't on that day

Can not seem to find a live stream for Ellis Park. Their website used to have one, and RTN does not carry ELLIS PARK for single tracks sign up. Can not legally play pari-mutuel in my state so an ADW not an option. Too bad as I like playing Ellis Park.
