bris pp coma delimiter files

I downloaded bel, gpw, and lrl coma delimited files and when I extracted them with microsofts extract program I got 4 different files. None of the files are right. I reinstalled an earlier download and extracted it and everything comes out fine. I called bris and they gave the standard answer "it's not us". Is anybody else having this problem with their download files?

Did you download the Bris multi files instead of the single format? Use 7-Zip for extracting. https://www.7-zip.org/ I have tomorrow's files for those tracks and they seem fine to me.
