I wish him well, not horse training but I have seen dozens of times that there was perfect timing to do something else with other people who just could not make a change and continued past the "safe spot" and paid the price. Conversely I have seen at least a handful times people put things into the rear view mirror and do even better than they have ever done.

No insight as to what Peter Miller is doing, but think this Covid-19 has turned out to be more than what we all expected.

He turned in his license in California, but is still allowed to train elsewhere. He apparently has around 20 or so horses at Oaklawn via Rene Amescua.
