According to your charts the sea level is rising , temperature and co2 levels are rising , but consumption of cigarettes is way down . The only conclusion I can make is that smoking more will correct the climate. I assume with these facts the dems will call for CVS to hand out free smokes without any ID

The important conclusion is the fossil fuel industry uses very similar advertising techniques as the tobacco industry did to fool the general public.

PA off topic Trumpeteers and cons, consider yourselves fooled big time

So does coal.

So does the Sun.

Thanks, it was diametrically opposed to your narrative so it was perfect.

Food is cheap too

Does it's low price justify getting fat and unhealthy and getting sick?

You sometimes get what you pay for

My health prevents me prom ridding a bike NOW.
I used to be a long distance cyclist. I did commute to work and went cross country NYC to San Fransisco, and NYC to Montreal.

But I am not suggesting everyone do the same.

So as your health went down hill you became a bitter old man and a condescending jack ass on the internet, I always wonder where people like you come from, you are so pathetic. I have had a crappy life, two broken bones in my neck at 14 and broke two more in my back at 18 and had my spine fused, I can no longer get help for the pain because of the opioid crisis.
In spite of all that at middle age I have a life and do the best I can, some days I can only walk upright for 4 hours, yet I am not bitter at the world like you are. You are a pathetic piece of crap, a coward, and you contribute nothing good, the world would be a better place if you just went away.

I understand, Dan Pena totally destroys your position. In essence the first one shows how badly you waste your time.

You inadvertently (I assume) made the case for warming. Mercury is the closest planet to the sun. Shouldn't that make Mercury hotter than Venus?

Mercury's atmosphere contains small amounts of hydrogen, helium, and oxygen. It also has even tinier amounts of sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium.

Lower CO2 = lower temp.

Mercury isn't as hot as you'd expect it to be (relative to Venus) because it doesn't have the right atmosphere to hold the heat. Luckily planets without atmospheres don't have to worry about warming. Or people living there.

Venus has an atmosphere composed primarily of carbon dioxide and is much denser and hotter than that of Earth.

High CO2 = high temperature. Works for Venus!!

Mars has a very thin atmosphere (1/100th that of earth) that is 95% CO2. Earth has a record low of minus 89. Doesn't that point to the CO2 making Mars warmer than it would be otherwise? Think about it.
