Hell, it's too cold here right now even if it wasn't shut down. As of this moment it is 27 degrees and 21 with the wind chill factor.

I saw this posted on social media and multiple friends in Louisiana are doing Yardi gras. Some of them are slightly happier it's this way because of the cold this year.
