Hialeah handle tracker

Won't be able to compare to last year until next week, b/c of a lack of available data.

Opening Day- 12/3/10- $93,103

Last Year- 12/4/10- N/A

Edit- The bottom option is not a legit option. The only reason why I put it is because I couldn't have a 1 choice poll. So try to avoid clicking on it.

Quarter horse betting and 12% takeout means nothing to me. You must first have a product I want. Sort of like telling me I can have all the mustard greens and sow belly I can eat...for half price. It doesn't mean a damn thing and you haven't gotten my interest or money. (JMHO)

I haven't, and won't, bet a dime on Hialeah. The takeout is great, but since I know nothing about QHs I wouldn't bet it at 0% takeout.

I would of bet it but since Twinspires doesn't carry it I haven't. When I actually head to the track (Turfway), I'll give it a look.

If people are not going to follow the poll's instructions (i.e. click yes once they bet HIA), then I make a sincere request to have it closed.

Day 3- 12/5/10- $127,667

Last Year- 12/6/09- N/A

Comparisons to last year start Friday. Fridays will be compared to the average handle of the Mondays and Tuesdays of the racing week (as in, if the average handle of the two days was $100k, the Friday handle will be compared to that mark).

Hialeah should give out the PP's at their website for free to stimulate wagering.

If they did, I'd play.
