Biden cancels Elon Musk’s adventures in space

It is not only Mr. Musk who suffers from the FAA’s cancellation of the SpaceX test flight. We, the American people — and the entire effort to beat China to Mars — suffer. The Biden administration’s decision to increase regulations on the private space launch services sector and slow down their operations, as evidenced by the recent Starship launch cancellation, will only help China in its ongoing mission to defeat America in the new space race.

I never understood why we can’t learn how to adapt to climate change here on earth, rather than going to another planet and having to adapt to the different climate there.

I can't imagine why I never thought of this.
Really quite smart.

I'm pretty sure people have been doing that... since we discovered fire. It's only in the last few decade the elite have turned it into climate crisis... to con-troll the people.

Your skeletal system will disolve sometime within 8.7 to 9.5 years in space travel. Other beings would face the same problems and complexities, solving new drive populsion systems would get us faster but do nothing to maintain a spacecraft from damage from space junk or aging faster going faster. As JFK once said Peace is the only worthwhile constant not just for us but all mankind, not just for today but for all days. So the refrence to this in no way suggests that we can put the genie back into the bottle, but the tecnology advances made must be spent with resolving huge problems instead of running away from them.
