You live nearby, what new gun laws do you propose that will lower the
797 homicides that were committed in 2021 in the city of Chicago? The most of any city in the USA, which of course is run by a weak on crime Democrat.

You do understand a huge chunk of those homicides are gang members who were "disrespected" or fighting over turf and the innocent people their stray bullets hit. Chicago has always been a hub of violent crimes by gangs for over a hundred years, it keeps getting worse and at least the the roaring 20's era mobsters were careful not to hit innocent bystanders as that would bring down the full wrath of the law.

You do realize one gun law gang members violate constantly and they don't even tack that on at sentencing? Hint, it isn't felon with a gun which is lightly or not enforced at all. It isn't violating a probation condition about fraternizing with other gang members, another rarely enforced. Even in states with the most lax gun laws a civilian cannot fire a gun from a moving vehicle, anywhere. Damn, that "gun law" should have eliminated the drive by shooting.

The obvious problem to first address is educating gang members on "gun laws" I am sure if they were aware of them they would not violate them.

You can do your part, print out all the gun laws in Chicago and surrounding

areas and go door to door and educate gang members. I am sure they will now not break any gun laws so homicides in Chicago will go down to nothing. You will be a hero, Cliffy and can run unopposed for major.

Which women are those, the ones with penises or vaginas, or both? You are aware Democrats think women can have penises now.

Chicago ranks 28th nationally in Gun murders per 100,000 residents. Among the cities with a higher rate are Jackson, Ms, St. Louis, Mo., Gary, In., New Orleans, La., Memphis, Tn, Shreveport, La., Baton Rouge, La., Kansas City, Mo. all cities in Red States.

60% of guns confiscated in crimes in Chicago were purchased in Indiana, which, if you’re geographically challenged, is right across the border fromChocago.

My God, are you dense. The women who have reproductive rights are the women who have women’s reproductive organs. Trans women don’t have reproductive, but they do have other rights.

Those are all blue cities in red states. Every city you listed has a Democratic mayor.

Every single one.

What I responded to was you stating CNN only reports news as opposed to Fox. Then you went on a CNN rant and sidestepped your OP. You know that is not true.

You just cannot admit that Biden has been a utter disaster on multiple fronts, you make excuses. It does not take any news network to point out that fact.

So funny, always insulting people's intelligence and you could not win a debate with an informed 10 year old.

First the person or persons that matters most to controlling crime is the mayor and or the city council of that very city, who the state votes for the president of the USA, and who is governor mean nothing. Funny that your well read dumbass doesn't know that. The police chief in sewers like Chicago, Baltimore, NYC, etc serve at the discretion of the mayor or city council and can be terminated at any time for any reason. Lori Lighfoot owns Chicago increasing crime rates, no one else. Funny how you quoted her go to excuse, how stupid does that make you look?

So with those Indiana guns getting into Chicago and shooting people, what new gun laws would have stopped them? How many on the books gun laws do those very transactions violate. I think it is a minimum of 2 with a possible maximum of 5, I think it could be more depending on laws that I might not be aware of that Chicago itself has. Can you name them Cliffy? Of course not, you want more gun laws, and are stupid enough to think criminals will abide by them, but you anti gun nuts don't know squat about guns or gun law.

I noticed I put you on the spot and like the typical liberal, you respond with insult and excuses, not a damn thing with substance.

Just poking fun at the stupidity of the modern progressive, like you Cliffy.
You need to be a lot more clear in spelling things out as your kind keep changing the definition of words. So when exactly was it made official that a women could have a penis and men can have vaginas? When did the Rupauls
of the world become transgender instead of a drag queen? When did the tomboy turn into a transgender male and need hormone shots to transition?
Could you also define what an assault weapon is?
