The state and local governments have the resources to fight it. Either they use them or they don't. The scumbags wouldn't dare come near my county in Texas. They should bring along their own body bags if they do.

The only way this will end is when the citizens of Chicago stand up to the violence en-mass, only then will it stop.

The reason for the rioting/looting is that criminals know that State’s Attorney Kimberly Foxx will not prosecute those that get arrested.
The mayor is acting tough for the television and threatening that the rioters/looters will get arrested, all the while knowing that arrests are useless if the charges get dropped.
