Meeting on TOC decertification (Ca.) Nov. 17th

The California Horse Racing Board will have a meeting at Hollywood Park on November 17th starting at 9:00 AM.

This meeting is of importance to horseplayers and horsemen.

There are many items on the agenda but I think item #10 draws the most interest.

Item #10 on the agenda is about the decertification process of the TOC on going under CHRB rule 2040. The CTHA wants to replace the TOC as the representative of the horsemen.

The result is important to horsemen and horseplayers because of different views toward many things including horseplayers, voting rights and so forth.

The TOC and the CTHA representatives are expected to speak and the CHRB is expected to explain where we are in the matter.

Item #10 on the agenda......
