58 years ago today
22 November 1963 President Kennedy was assassinated.
Look at the Zapruder film. It's on You Tube. The killing shot is at about 20 seconds. The back of his head comes off. That's an exit would, people. That means the killing shot came from the front. There had to be a shooter ahead of the car. If Oswald was indeed on an upper floor of the school book depository he could not have acted alone, assuming that he was part of it at all.

i was in the fourth grade and the teacher turned the black and white television on, we all watched the events unfold while our teacher cried. everyone cried. if the same thing happened today, some would go to the streets and cheer.

I doubt it today, but if it happened during Trump's term they would. I heard a handful of people wish Trump would have died in office, I have never heard a Republican do the same with a Democrat and I know a lot more Republicans.

No, if it happened today, I would be dancing in the street.
I was in 7th grade Social Studies, Mr. Cullen's class.
Never forget that day.
Uncle Nikki pounding his shoe at the UN, the duck and cover drills, the Cuban missile crisis, then Dallas....tough decade.

I never wish death on politicians I don't like, I just want them to go away.
I was all of 2 and change when JFK was killed, don't remember much from that time period other than the cat I had.

I think Oswald shot him through the neck that is where he leans forward and grabs his throat. No way did that shot to the head come from behind, his head goes violently backward. I read the whole Warren Commission report in grade school and did a book report on it, I really don't trust it. My take is the government did not want to admit they didn't know all the parties involved. Oswald was killed before he talked.

Whatever pain and sorrow they deliver I want them to receive the same. The Nazi camp guards should have been treated exactly how they treated the inmates. Death by hanging was too quick and easy.
As for the JFK never-ending saga...THAT I would like see go away. Its been almost 60 years. To continue the search and discussion will soon be as ridiculous as going back to McKinley and Lincoln and reopening those cases as well.

McKinley and Lincoln were shot at close range and there were witnesses who saw the shots fired, big difference from the JFK killing.

I wasn't alive yet, but my mother was living in a high rise at the corner of Turtle Creek and Lemmon Avenue in Dallas and was getting dressed for a lunch date. The president came down Lemmon took a right on Turtle Creek she went to the balcony to see him and 10 minutes later he was gone.

Biden is President until 2024, nothing will be revealed during his time in office. And even less will come from here, that is too bad because as horse players are generally sharper.

If it would happen to Biden, Republicans would go into mourning knowing Headboard Harris would be taking the reigns.

Was in the sixth grade and learned about it on the playground during recess. One kid, who later became a good friend, cheered. Turns out his parents were hard core John Birchers. We had no clue what that was but he got a good beat down.
I remember watching hundreds of thousands in Muslim countries marching and celebrating when the towers came down. It still chaps my ***.

Our next door neighbor was an Irish women who was outside sobbing. We were just coming home from school when she told us JFK had been killed. My mom forced us to watch the television day of the funeral. It was my birthday.
