Trump's policies have been very good for businesses, not so good for the country.
According to Trump, the tax cuts would pay for themselves, bringing in more tax revenue despite lower rates. Didn't happen. Tax revenues went down and with no control on government spending, the deficit and the debt went up. That's the debt that Trump promised to eliminate in 8 years.

Many big companies, like Netflix and Amazon, paid zero federal taxes under the new plan. Amazon not only paid no taxes on $11.2 billion in profits, it got a federal rebate of $129 million, giving it a negative federal tax rate. What a country!
