Belmont 3rd floor
As of today the 3rd floor at Belmont will be closed during the week. For me,it seem like an end to an era.

I'm guessing this is grandstand only. Or else there would be no food court access.

It is my understanding that the food court will also be closed during the week.

If they simply gave 5% higher track prices if you bet on track, there would be 10,000 on track everyday as opposed to people playing on twin spires, capitol otb, express bet, countless Nassau and Suffolk otbs, where NYRA just makes the signal fee & not the full vig.
But what the hell do I know? I was just a lowlife degenerate to Steve Travers till I put to pen an articulate letter to Chris Kay and got back the respect that countless players deserved at NYRA.

Do what I used to do when they built the wall on the 3rd floor grandstand back in 07 or 08.
Walk around it and ignore what they want.

As long as they don't do away with the Chowder stand at Saratoga (2nd floor, I think) I will be fine.
Right, Tom?
