I remember her running 2nd in the Breeders Cup F&M Sprint a week after winning a state restricted race a Belmont.

Not the best training decision, but she almost bailed the trainer out. She was a really tough horse.

Sorry to hear this, may she RIP. I road a horse named Verdad two years in a row at a summer camp I went to as a kid, so that made me a fan of more recent filly version.
