Should be interesting to watch how the left attacks HER for being Catholic while praising Joe for being Catholic.

Multiple sources, including Tucker have said she will be the pick. Great choice!

You mean why don't they bring those hundreds of bills Nancy et al passed to the floor? They already know they will fail and it is a waste of time. The great Nevada Senator Harry Reid did the same thing.

If they get Kavanaugh 4.0, executive orders will get shut down as unconstitutional when they actually are. No matter who becomes President, Government by Executive Fiat will not continue.

Tried to give you Rep points but it says I've given you too many. So....

Just putting someone opposite of RBG on the high court will get a second term for our President but I think it will bring back the House.

No I dont mean anything like that. That makes you comfortable? Please keep it to yourself. Resist passing that thinking to others.

Not sure if someone already posted this, or even if it's true.
Trump to nominate Amy Coney Barrett to US Supreme Court
https://nypost.com/2020/09/25/trump-...2372-720669482
You know, the supreme court wouldn't be as important as it is, if congress could agree on making laws, rather than letting judges decide policy. Issues like immigration, abortion, environment are too important to let administrations and judges decide.
Trump tried to create an immigration law when he took office, like they did back in the 20th century, and the democrats laughed at him.

Absolutely. RBG had told congress to address an issue that the court found not compliant, they did and passed the required law.
The court declared part of the ACA an illegal tax. That would be an issue for the new congress to address.

Just admit that RBG screwed up by not retiring at age 82 so Obama could appoint a replacement. She's been in failing health for years and should have put her ego aside. You have no one to blame for the future fate of Obamacare, abortion, and gun law other than RBG. I thought she was a terrible advocate for the Constitution while a judge but she threw us a bone at the very end. Well done RBG!! Well done!!
