Did you recently change to Chromebook? When I changed a few years back, suddenly my Hollywood account wouldn't work. I spent two long phone calls with a Hollywood tech, trying to help me. Finally he talked to a supervisor and said, they would no longer be able to support me on Chrome. I went to the local OTB, and emptied the account, now they're perm. closed as well.
