I was looking at her expression, she looked like she didn't want to hear Gingrich mentioned Soros.
Maybe I'm wrong, it could have been the other panelist that bothered her.

The show's (Outnumbered) format is normally 4 women and a "guest" male panelist. Harris usually moderates, the tv screen is split into 5 sectors. When the camera pans to Harris only it's hard to tell exactly who is talking. That was the cause of the bizarre pauses
There's always one liberal, almost always one of which is a chalkboard scratching chick named Harp (I think). She'll lie with a straight face, oftentimes chided openly by Harris and Melissa Frances. To Harp , Biden is a sharp politician that doesn't miss a beat. It's tough to listen to at times. Same when Juan Williams or Donna Brazille is on
