probably the 7500b but you would have to check the exact condtions of each race

Claiming races and class. Depends on the field. Each of the above conditions could be considered "classier". In claiming conditions you have to judge the race itself, not the designated class of the race.

i use purse values myself but like jay says there could be horses of higher class in either of these .

I use Brisnet PPS so I compare the Race Rating (RR) when trying to equate confusing class designations and especially when trying to compare similar class conditions from different tracks.

In your example, i'd scan the PPS for 7500n4l races and jot down the RR's. Then I'd do the same for 7500b races and see which has the highest average RR's.
