Has the effect of preventing all those incumbent dems from campaigning as effectively. That's just a happy side effect of his decision though. I doubt it crossed his mind like it did mine.

I just heard Chuck Schumer say that the only legislation that the democrats
will work on is Healthcare.
So nothing is going to change.
