Good one babe!
Now, he just needs a beach in a warm weather locale, along with a pina colada and a racing form and he's all set to serve his 'punishment'.

Most of the things he says about training horses is ludicrous.
Obviously he has built his reputation on his family name and chemicals.
Owners flock to him because they are greedy and want instant gratification.

According to the DRF article Dutrow has been suspended at least twice already for similar offenses. After a few "convictions" don't you think they should lose their right to appeal (and thus supending the suspension) and have to do their time immediately?
Seems fair to me...

He is entitled to "due process" whether we like it or not.
